The expansion Sorceresses and Mages includes five new playable characters and a new resource: magic. Take on the role of a sorceress or wizard (instead of a sorcerer) and use your magical abilities to brave the dangers of the continent. Use special Mage cards to cast powerful spells and build a deck that can take on any opponent. Hunt for monsters to collect ingredients for helpful potions. Set sail and travel the Skellige Islands! The extension Skellige expands the game to include the Skellige Islands game board. where new local actions are waiting for you. With a total of 80 new exploration and event cards, you’ll experience dangerous adventures at sea. Meet the inhabitants of the islands, fight your way through the stormy sea and with a little luck find the treasures of the Wodjanoi. But beware! In the depths of the rough sea lurks the mighty water god Dagon.

Each wizard travels across the continent, perfecting his techniques and fighting battles against monsters and rivals. The high-quality game material – consisting of detailed witcher miniatures, double-layered player tableaus, wooden dice and a large game board – lets you dive deep into the ancient world.
Visit towns and face the dangers of the wilderness. With exploration and event cards, you’ll experience exciting adventures in which you’ll have to make momentous decisions. Follow monster tracks, expand your deck with sorcerer cards, improve your attributes and learn new combat techniques. Use combos of attack, defense and sorcerer’s mark to oppose the destructive power of the creatures.
