With this post, we want to give you an update on the current development status for the changeover of the UBIQUITI Shop.
First things first [save the date!]:
The day of the changeover will be June 23, 2018
Following the successful relaunch of the VARIA Store, we are now going to activate, step by step, the new developments and the new responsive layout for easier shopping with mobile devices for our other portals.
We don't just want to provide improved shop features to our UBIQUITI Store resellers but also the possibility to purchase all VARIA products at reseller conditions.
For that purpose, we are going to merge the current UBIQUITI Shop with the VARIA Store on June 23, 2018.
What happens to my existing account?
After the changeover, you can still sign in with your existing login details and place new orders or manage previous ones.
Existing discount and credit accounts, your address book as well as your complete order history will, of course, be saved.
What's the schedule for the day of the changeover?
We will start the changeover process at around 9 a.m.
In order to ensure data consistency, you won't be able to place orders through the UBIQUITI Store from this point onwards. We are planning to change over to and activate the new shop system within a time frame of 6 to 8 hours.
How can I still place an order at UBIQUITI Store?
Of course, you can place your order during the changeover period via mail at email@example.com. Our team will process your request or order immediately on the following business day.
